Job summary

Vuori is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Community in Phoenix to lead community-focused initiatives, in-store events, and partnerships that connect the store to the local active lifestyle. You will partner with the General Manager to execute a local community strategy and drive traffic, loyalty, and growth.

You will oversee team engagement, ensure alignment with Vuori's standards, and foster a positive, inclusive store culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to create and maintain effective communication with HQ, team, and external partners.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills; event planning is a plus.
• Established track record in retail sales leadership, driving sales targets through planning and motivation.
• Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of community programs connecting the store to local fitness, wellness, and lifestyle circles.
• Partner with HQ Community Manager to develop and execute initiatives aligned with brand standards and business goals.
• Represent Vuori with authenticity in-store, at team events, and at community activities.
• Ensure every community touchpoint reflects the Vuori brand, values, and customer experience standards.
• Build relationships within the local active and wellness community through events and partnerships.
• Lead community as a core part of store culture, guiding the team to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Inspire the team to take ownership of community initiatives and drive excitement and accountability.
• Ensure consistency of brand experience across all community touchpoints.
