Job summary

Vuori, Inc in Scottsdale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Community to lead the store’s community initiatives, team development, and store storytelling that connect the local active lifestyle with the Vuori brand.

You will partner with the General Manager, plan team sweats, in-store events, and partnerships, while upholding SOPs and driving traffic, loyalty, and growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to build strong communication with HQ partners and store teams.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and event planning skills.
• Retail sales leadership with track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of community programs to connect the store with local fitness and wellness groups.
• Partner with HQ Community Manager to align initiatives with brand standards.
• Represent Vuori at events and in-store team sweats.
• Ensure all touchpoints reflect Vuori values and customer experience standards.
• Develop relationships within the local community to drive traffic and loyalty.
• Oversee store culture and empower teams to deliver exceptional community experiences.
• Maintain alignment with SOPs in product operations and visual merchandising.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training under General Manager.
