Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Design Review / Community Standards Coordinator in Henderson. You will be the liaison between homeowners and the Design Review Board, upholding aesthetic standards and guiding submissions for covenants and guidelines.

You will greet residents, manage inquiries, maintain reports, and coordinate violation tracking while supporting the Architectural and Community Standards Board and the Community Director.

Responsibilities

• Greet homeowners and answer questions at entry.
• Answer calls, respond to emails and correspondence promptly.
• Create, update, and maintain reports as needed.
• Coordinate violation reporting and tracking, including verification and follow-up.
• Provide confidential administrative support to the Architectural and Community Standards Board.
• Implement covenant enforcement and design review submission process.
• Review and submit design review applications and prepare hearing letters.
• Inspect completion of design approvals and guide homeowners through guidelines.
• Coordinate and participate in weekly property inspections.
• Assist in policy creation based on state statutes and governing documents.
• Support landscape committees and communicate with owners.
• Participate in community events and provide administrative support to the Community Director.
