Capital Consultants Management Corporation in Henderson, NV is seeking a Design Review / Community Standards Coordinator to help uphold aesthetic guidelines and serve homeowners.

You will greet residents, manage inquiries, prepare reports, coordinate violation processing, and support the Architectural and Community Standards Board. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and solid MS Office skills; some evenings or weekends may be required.

• Comfort with homeowner interactions and reports.

Mansioni

• Greet homeowners upon entry and answer questions as needed.
• Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Create, update, and maintain reports as needed.
• Coordinate violation reporting and tracking, including notifications and file upkeep.
• Support Architectural and Community Standards Board; liaise with homeowners.
• Implement covenant enforcement and review design applications.
• Review and submit architectural design review submissions; prepare hearing letters.
• Inspect property compliance and assist residents with guidelines.
• Conduct weekly residential property inspections and document findings.
