Job summary

Interstate Gas Supply is seeking a Community Solar Operations Analyst to optimize subscription management, reporting, and billing support across a nationwide solar portfolio. You will collaborate with utilities, program administrators, and development partners to drive scalable, efficient operations.

The role emphasizes analytical problem solving, cross-functional teamwork, and leveraging automation to improve processes and stakeholder experience while expanding access to community solar

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, data analytics, energy systems or related field.
• 3+ years in energy/solar operations or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and data tools; VBA preferred.
• SQL querying required; ETL familiarity preferred.
• Knowledge of community solar programs and energy markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own subscription and portfolio management across the community solar assets.
• Prepare and distribute financial, operational, and project performance reports.
• Generate invoices and support payment reconciliation with Billing.
• Identify process improvements using AI, automation, and technology.
• Onboard new subscribers and manage commissions and sales training resources.
• Collaborate with Billing and Solutions Center to resolve subscriber issues.
• Monitor churn and analyze trends affecting portfolio performance.
• Research market and regulatory developments and advise Product on enhancements.
