Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations, perform repairs, and manage emergencies across communities. This role requires hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to exceptional resident service.

You will supervise maintenance staff, train porters and groundskeepers, and ensure pools and recreation areas are well maintained. On-call rotations and travel to other TAM communities may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Ability to read technical manuals and safety instructions.
• Proficiency using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience leading, training and mentoring maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and emergency response.
• Perform repairs, preventative maintenance and weekly inspections.
• Respond to resident requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Train staff and coordinate with vendors and residents.
• Ensure safety and compliance with TAM standards.
