Job summary

Support Solutions LLC is seeking a Community Manager in Jackson, TN to supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure services meet state licensure requirements. You will coordinate staffing, attend planning meetings, and oversee documentation for a caseload with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

You will also manage transport, scheduling, and calendar activities while maintaining professional communication with staff and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year's experience in direct service delivery with adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and assist with personal care.
• Proficient computer knowledge and valid driver's license required.
• Must pass background checks, drug screening and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and schedule staffing with input from leadership.
• Attend planning meetings and develop person-centered plans.
• Document progress and ensure records meet regulations and standards.
• Coordinate safe transport to events, job sites, and appointments.
• Maintain monthly and weekly calendars of activities and services.
• Ensure monthly safety drills and maintain safe, compliant work environments.
