Job summary

Quinco Mental Health Center in Jackson, Tennessee is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee residents in supported living facilities. Responsibilities

• Supervise Residents Assistants in the supported living facility and foster a fair, caring environment.
• Attend Weekly Transitional Treatment Team meetings and collaborate with Care Coordinators, Medical Practitioners, and Therapists.
• Develop and monitor individualized service plans and behavioral management plans as indicated by clinical plans.
• Develop, post, and maintain activity schedules with resident input and ensure accurate daily activity representation.
• Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and appearance; coordinate maintenance and transportation as needed.
• Coordinate and post monthly work schedules; participate in recruitment and onboarding of PRN staff; ensure timely documentation and reporting.
