Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Service Center operations in line with The Salvation Army policies.
• Oversee emergency assistance, seasonal programs, and other human service initiatives.
• Identify community needs and propose new service opportunities.
• Ensure accurate collection and reporting of program statistics and outcomes.
• Foster relationships with local organizations, United Way partners, and stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and part-time staff.
