The Salvation Army Orrville-Maiwurm Service Center in Orrville, Ohio is seeking a part-time Christmas Coordinator for the seasonal period October through December 24, 2026. The role involves coordinating Red Kettle Campaigns, the Angel Tree, and Christmas Food Box programs, with approximately 20–25 hours per week at $13.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include recruiting volunteers, coordinating kettle locations, donor relationships, client intake, and event support.

Responsibilities

• Red Kettle Campaign Support: Recruit, schedule, and communicate with volunteer bell ringers; Coordinate volunteer coverage for multiple kettle locations; Deliver, monitor, and retrieve kettle supplies; Respond to inquiries from volunteers and community groups.
• Christmas Program Coordination: Assist with the Angel Tree and Christmas Food Box programs; Support donor relationships and donation collection efforts; Participate in client intake and program administration; Help organize and facilitate distribution events.
• Administrative & Event Support: Maintain accurate schedules and records; Coordinate logistics for holiday programs; Assist with event setup, execution, and cleanup; Support the Service Center Director with additional seasonal needs.
