Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Huntsville is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the community's security operations and uphold a safe environment for residents and staff.

You will oversee security activities, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and partner with leadership to align security with organizational goals, all while promoting safety and professionalism across the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or related field.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must possess and maintain CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or obtain within three months).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for community security operations.
• Ensure a safe, secure environment for residents, staff and visitors.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with community leadership to align security initiatives with organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism.
