Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Security Supervisor to coordinate and lead a team of security professionals across campuses. You will schedule guards, assign tasks in WorxHub, and ensure safety of residents, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include hiring, orientation, training, performance evaluations, and quick decision-making during emergencies. HS Diploma required with prior leadership in security; good communication and judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading a team or being a lead Security Guard.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions; effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, supervise and schedule Security staff.
• Hire, orient, and train guards to organizational standards.
• Manage WorxHub tasks and audit guard assignments.
• Prepare, maintain, and communicate weekly guard schedules.
• Perform Security Guard duties on shift and ensure safety of residents, staff, and guests.
• Lead performance evaluations and corrective action.
