Senior Helpers of Northern Utah is seeking a driven Community Sales & Senior Care Outreach Manager to help families find trusted in-home care across Smithfield, UT and the surrounding region.

This role is 70% sales and outreach, with 30% marketing and administrative duties, offering strong growth potential within a mission‑driven team dedicated to compassionate elder care.

You'll build referral partnerships, visit partners, and lead in-home assessments to match care plans with families' needs.

• Comfortable meeting families in their homes and discussing care needs.

Responsibilities

• Build referral partnerships with communities, home health & hospice agencies, VA groups, hospitals, and senior organizations.
• Visit partners regularly, host presentations, and represent Senior Helpers at community events.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and meet with families to understand their needs.
• Conduct in-home assessments, create care plans, and sign up new clients.
• Track leads and conversions using CRM tools.
• Support digital marketing (social posts, email campaigns, basic website updates).

If you love building relationships, connecting with community partners, and guiding seniors and families through important decisions, this role is for you.

This position is 70% sales/outreach and 30% marketing + admin, with strong growth potential and a mission‑driven team behind you.

What You’ll Do

• Build referral partnerships with independent living communities, home health & hospice agencies, VA groups, hospitals, and senior organizations.
• Visit partners regularly, host presentations, and represent Senior Helpers at community events.
• Respond quickly to new inquiries and meet with families to understand their needs.
• Conduct in‑home assessments, create care plans, and sign up new clients.
• Track leads and conversions using CRM tools.
• Support digital marketing (social posts, email campaigns, basic website updates).

What You Bring

• Live within commuting distance of Smithfield, UT.
• Experience in sales, outreach, or relationship‑based roles (healthcare experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable meeting families in their homes and discussing care needs.
• Basic digital marketing skills.
• Organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $41,600 base salary
• $4,600+ annual bonus potential
