Senior Helpers of Northern Utah is seeking a driven Community Sales & Outreach Manager to help families find trusted in-home care in Cache, Weber, and Box Elder Counties. The role is 70% sales/outreach and 30% marketing and admin, with growth potential and a mission-driven team.

You will build partnerships, visit partners, present at events, respond quickly to inquiries, and guide families through care decisions, including in-home assessments and care plans.

Qualifications

• Live within commuting distance of Smithfield, UT.
• Experience in sales/outreach or relationship-based roles (healthcare experience a plus).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable meeting families in their homes and discussing care needs.
• Basic digital marketing skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

Compensation & Benefits

• $41,600 base salary
• $4,600+ annual bonus potential
