Part-Time Community Sales Assistant - Henrico County, VA

Miller and Smith is expanding our presence in Henrico County and we are looking for a part-time Community Sales Assistant to support our Community Sales Manager and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. This role blends hospitality, administrative support, and light sales activity in a residential model home environment. We welcome applicants who are personable, organized, and motivated to work weekends to meet buyer schedules.

What You Will Do

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers by welcoming visitors, capturing contact information, and establishing a friendly, professional atmosphere. Assist the Community Sales Manager by scheduling and confirming appointments, updating lead logs, and coordinating showings and open houses. Manage and replenish sales collateral, floor plans, and visual displays so information provided to buyers is current and accurate. Demonstrate the model home and available quick-move-in homes when requested, highlighting key features and amenities and noting buyer preferences for follow-up. Ensure the model and sales office remain clean, presentable, and staged for tours; perform light maintenance or coordination to maintain overall condition. Handle other administrative tasks including basic computer work, email responses, and document preparation to support the sales process.

Qualifications and Schedule

While prior experience hosting in new home sales or a related industry is a plus, it is not required. Candidates should demonstrate computer competency, excellent verbal communication, organization, and a customer-service mindset. This part-time role requires the candidate to work weekends.
