The role blends hospitality, admin support, and light sales, with weekend shifts to match buyer schedules.

You will greet prospective buyers, capture contact information, schedule and confirm appointments, update lead logs, coordinate showings, and maintain displays and collateral.

Qualifications

• Experience in new home sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work weekends to meet buyer schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and capture contact information.
• Assist scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Update lead logs and coordinate showings and open houses.
• Maintain sales collateral, floor plans and displays.
• Demonstrate model home and highlight features for buyers.
• Keep the model and sales office clean, staged, and presentable.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and email responses.
