Main Street Homes in Midlothian, VA is seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant to support our New Home Consultants in a busy model home setting. You will greet buyers, help with the sales discovery process, and prepare purchase agreements.

The role requires weekend work, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM (Lasso a plus). Open model homes, manage materials, and assist with follow-up activities to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Lasso experience is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective homebuyers and assist with the sales discovery process.
• Support New Home Sales Consultants in achieving sales goals, including qualifying prospects and preparing purchase agreements.
• Track appointments, traffic and follow-up activities in Lasso.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects and assist with post-visit follow-ups.
• Support relator relationships and follow up after model home visits.
• Open, close, and maintain model homes to ensure a clean, professional presentation.
• Ensure signage, sales materials, and office supplies are accurate and stocked.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as reports, MLS updates, scheduling and answering phones.
