Alliance for Workforce Development, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Resource & Referral Coordinator for its Susanville office. The role focuses on frontline customer service, guiding clients to services and resources, and assisting with resumes, job applications, and computer lab activities.

The coordinator will promote AFWD programs, maintain resource knowledge from local to state agencies, and ensure a welcoming center environment during 1pm–5pm hours, Monday to Friday.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of clerical, or related, college level study, or two years of clerical and administrative assistant experience.
• Must possess a valid California Driver’s License and have a good driving record.

• Greet and assist customers with career services and referrals.
• Assist clients with resume writing, job applications, and computer lab support.
• Maintain client tracking forms and submit job listings to employers.
• Provide information about AFWD programs and local resources.
