Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in social services or closely related fields.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, Haitian Creole, and/or Russian highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants applying for public benefit programs.
• Provide financial assistance to eligible participants.
• Answer information and referral phone line and web inquiries; make referrals.
• Conduct case management/advocacy with participants focused on financial and housing stability.
