Job summary

RCAP Solutions, Inc. seeks a Secure Jobs Case Manager to support families facing homelessness by handling intakes, assessments, and connecting clients to housing and employment resources throughout Central Massachusetts.

The role includes coordinating services, leading monthly client meetings, maintaining documentation for funders, and upholding RCAP values of integrity, empathy, empowerment, and community to help families achieve stability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in human services or case management
• Strong communication with diverse client groups
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Proficient computer skills

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and assessments for clients experiencing homelessness or at risk
• Connect clients to employment and housing resources
• Lead monthly meetings and coordinate services for stable housing
• Document and report monthly to RCAP Solutions and funders
• Maintain high level of client and vendor service
