Responsabilités

• Assist visitors with logging in to computers and navigating the HRC website and internet to locate materials for health and wellness and community supports
• Assist with completing applications for social service/health needs
• Assist with updating and maintaining UTMB’s County Resource Factsheets and HRC websites
• Assist visitors with using the printer/fax machine
• Assist visitors with locating and viewing printed material
• Regulate time usage of computers if others are waiting
• Sort, print, file, and shelf materials as needed
• Complete printed resource material inventories and document in an Excel spreadsheet
• Assist with managing inventory and stocking Care Closet
• Perform other duties as assigned, or as necessary, as relates to the center
• If they are unable to assist the visitor, take a detailed message for HRC Manager to get back with them
• Additional tasks/projects as needed
