Job summary

The Central Texas Food Bank is seeking a Community Distribution Coordinator to support Mobile Pantry distributions across its 21-county territory in Central Texas. The role spends significant time in the field coordinating sites, collecting data, and maintaining secure records while building partnerships in the community.

This full-time position requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to travel, lift, and work in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of full-time wage-earning work experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Central Texas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mobile pantry distributions across the portfolio.
• Conduct client intake, data entry in the field, and ensure data confidentiality.
• Oversee site layout, food distribution, parking, and safety planning.
• Train and supervise volunteers and maintain partner relationships.
• Collect and upload data into CTFB systems and prepare reports.
