Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in community education, resource navigation, housing services, outreach, or program coordination.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance may be needed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; LSW or RN licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resource Navigation: assist clients with applications and connect to housing, legal aid, financial assistance, and aging services.
• Community Education: coordinate and deliver aging services workshops and presentations.
• Outreach and Engagement: represent the agency at events and promote programs through various channels.
• Documentation and Evaluation: maintain records and support reporting and program evaluation.
