The role builds relationships with community organizations, supports crisis navigation, and coordinates follow-up to overcome employment barriers, contributing to retention and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, counseling, psychology, sociology, public health, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years connecting individuals to community resources and support services.
• Experience navigating social service systems and building community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Assess employee needs, barriers, and connect to housing, transportation, healthcare, and other services.
• Coordinate with managers, HR, Mission Integration, and external partners to support employee success.
• Respond to crisis situations and coordinate with community agencies when necessary.
• Develop and deliver trainings on employee support services and resource awareness.
