Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Service Consultant in Pittsburgh to connect clients with programs and community resources. You will travel within the agency’s service territory to support community outreach and workforce development initiatives.

The role requires experience with at-risk populations, strong communication skills, and the ability to assess needs, complete intake, and refer clients to relevant services.

Qualifications

• Experience working with at risk and/or vulnerable populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate services and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to team members and clients regarding service needs and referrals.
• Conduct intake assessments and document goals and plans.
• Assist clients with applications and program eligibility information.
• Develop comprehensive service plans and coordinate internal/external resources.
