Job summary

North East Kingdom Community Action seeks an Essex County Resource Hub Coordinator to manage daily on-site operations at the Canaan location and coordinate services from NEKCA and partner programs. The role will help build a warm and welcoming community space and ensure smooth, connected service delivery for residents.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Coordinator develops new operational systems and workflows, supports grant tasks, and acts as a liaison with community partners to

Qualifications

• High School diploma/equivalent or higher; BA preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience required; 3-4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on site including opening and closing procedures, building safety and security, and coordinating both NEKCA and Partner provided services on site.
• Serve as point of contact for community members and community partners in Essex County to support wrap around service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with community partners to address needs of low-income households.
• Coordinate the task completion of grant deliverables and support grant reporting with on time and accurate data.
• Coordinate the facility and maintenance needs.
• Inventory and stock office and program supplies as needed following NEKCA’s procurement processes.
• Understand and follow all program guidance and policies.
• Attend and participate in staff, agency and community meetings deemed necessary for job performance
