Job summary

North East Kingdom Community Action (NEKCA) is seeking a Coordinator for Restorative Justice within the Community and Social Justice Programs. The role focuses on coordinating restorative services and integrating multiple programs, while maintaining collaborative relationships with regional partners and service locations.

The position requires strong communication, data management, and adherence to program guidance, with duties including grant reporting, intake, and ensuring smooth operations

Qualifications

• BA preferred and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• 3–4 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake and determine eligibility for all applicants.
• Collect and report data into GoEngage to meet deadlines.
• Assess participants in crisis and develop a response plan, including referrals.
• Collaborate with community partners to address needs of low-income households.
• Provide programmatic support to the team and update the Program Manager.
• Attend staff, agency and community meetings as needed.
