Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Community Resource Facilitator to lead people-focused initiatives, coaching teams, and empowering service delivery for community residents.

You will greet customers, provide information and referrals across food, housing, employment, veteran, financial, medical, academic, counseling and technology resources, while maintaining confidential records and supporting mission services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• One year experience in related field.
• Excellent verbal, written and technology skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly.
• Team player and partner in Mission Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Greets walk in customers and answers phone calls providing support for community residents looking for resources.
• Provides information and referral services to customers based on presenting needs such as access to food, employment, housing services, veteran services, financial needs, medical services, academic services, counseling services, technology services, etc.
• Maintains records in an accurate, up-to-date, confidential manner in accordance with Goodwill and CARF standards.
• Leads mission services as assigned.
