Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Willing to complete specialized training in peer support counseling and suicide prevention.
• Knowledge of DoW, Service, and community resources that promote the well‑being of Service members and their families.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project staff and community agencies to address and resolve project-related issues.
• Deliver public speaking sessions and educational programs to community agencies and local office staff.
• Report concerns to Leadership promptly.
• Supervise and oversee Outreach Client Service Representatives.
• Maintain a professional demeanor representing the organization and advocating for the program.
• Document services in HP enterprise-wide platforms as directed by USSOCOM directives.
