Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) to support coordination across the SOF enterprise, serving as liaison between USSOCOM, CRCs, leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and service providers to assess needs, align resources, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend policy and procedural improvements.

This position is pending upon contract award and requires active secret clearance at minimum.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance at minimum.
• Senior CRC coordinates with USSOCOM and component CRCs.
• Role advances community well-being and suicide prevention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with USSOCOM, Component CRCs, command leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and service providers to assess needs and align resources.
• Evaluates program effectiveness and recommends policy/procedural improvements.
• Supports programs to reduce stigma around help-seeking and strengthen peer support.
