Job summary

Maximus seeks a Community Resource Coordinator to guide planning, integration, and oversight of family and community support programs across the SOF enterprise. The CRC identifies service gaps and builds relationships with internal and external agencies to strengthen resilience for Service members and families. This role requires U.S.

citizenship and a Secret clearance or eligibility. It emphasizes collaboration, public outreach, and data-driven reporting to improve community services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, human/social services, or related field; or four years in social service education/coordination.
• Willingness to complete specialized training in peer support counseling and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project staff, client personnel, and community agencies to address issues.
• Deliver public speaking sessions and educational programs; engage in community health outreach.
• Report concerns to Leadership promptly.
• Supervise Outreach Client Service Representatives.
• Distribute program materials to diverse community groups.
• Ensure compliance with Wage & Hour policies and training requirements.
