Maximus seeks a Community Resource Coordinator to lead strategic planning for family and community support programs across the SOF enterprise. The CRC identifies service gaps, builds relationships with internal and external support agencies, and supports resilience initiatives for service members and families. U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience or equivalent combination.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, human/social services, or related field; or four years in related roles.
• Willingness to complete specialized training in peer support counseling and suicide prevention.
• Knowledge of best practices in peer support counseling and DoW/community resources.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with project staff, client office personnel, and community agencies to address issues.
• Deliver public speaking sessions and educational programs to community agencies and staff.
• Report concerns to Leadership promptly.
• Supervise Outreach Client Service Representatives.
• Maintain professional demeanor representing the organization and the program.
• Distribute program materials to diverse community groups.
• Ensure compliance with Wage & Hour policies and breaks for non-exempt employees.
• Adhere to all company policies and mandated training.
