Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Community Resource Coordinator to oversee family and community support programs across the SOF enterprise. This role identifies service gaps, builds relationships with internal and external agencies, and supports initiatives that strengthen resilience of Service members and families. U.S.

citizenship and an active Secret clearance or eligibility are required. The position is contingent on contract award and is based in Montpelier, Vermont with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Specialized training in peer support counseling, community resources, and suicide prevention.
• Knowledge of DoW, Service, and community resources for service members and families.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project staff and community agencies to resolve issues.
• Deliver public speaking sessions and educational programs; participate in health fairs.
• Report concerns to Leadership promptly.
• Supervise Outreach Client Service Representatives.
• Maintain a professional demeanor representing the organization.
• Distribute program materials to diverse community groups.
• Exceed objectives while complying with Wage & Hour policies.
• Adhere to all policies and mandated training.
