Job summary

Pinnacle Services is seeking a Residential Program Director to lead multiple community-based residential programs in the Minnesota metro area. You will oversee staff scheduling, ensure service quality, and maintain regulatory compliance while managing budgets and policy adherence.

The role includes directing admissions, staff development, and program planning, with responsibility for ensuring person-centered care and collaboration with internal departments.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Minnesota Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Experience using Therap software.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in a program serving vulnerable adults or children.
• Meets DHS Designated Manager standards as outlined in the job description.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure or credentials as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, training, and supervision to multiple residential programs.
• Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure service delivery at multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with DHS and 245D licensing regulations.
• Manage program budgets and financial processes with the Finance Department.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise program staff in coordination with HR.
• Oversee admissions, program planning, and service delivery processes.
• Provide on‑call support and weekend rotation for residential sites.
