Job summary

Acacia Network is seeking a Community Residence Monitor (CRM) to supervise residents in a therapeutic setting. You will help residents develop daily living skills, ensure safety, and document all activities per NYS OMH policies.

The role requires collaboration with the Program Director and Shift Supervisor. The CRM will assist with meal prep, medication monitoring, and community appointments, while supporting residents’ social skills and overall wellbeing in a bilingual, culturally competent

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• One year of experience in Human Services or Behavioral Health preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with daily living support and skills development.
• Monitor resident activity and maintain safety in accordance with policies.
• Document incidents and follow incident reporting procedures.
• Assist with meal preparation and basic housekeeping when needed.
• Escort clients to appointments and activities in the community.
• Support medication monitoring as required by program policies.
• Contribute to social skills development and reduce isolation.
