Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or related human services.
• Familiarity with OPWDD Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor assigned residence staff and per diem in completion of job responsibilities and program operations.
• Implement policies and programs in accordance with OPWDD regulations and Acacia Network policies.
• Maintain individual and staff program records and trainings.
• Review and ensure timely submission of billing on a monthly basis.
• Ensure that the physical plant is maintained and meets the regulatory requirements.
• Manage scheduling client medical, dental and follow up appointments.
• Be on call 24 hours, 7 days a week.
• Maintain confidentiality of all EHCCI OPWDD clients and staff at all times.
• Responsible for the maintenance, use, and budgeting of the residence food and household and petty cash funds.
• Maintain a schedule that provides full coverage.
