Old National Bank is seeking a Market Relationship Banker to join our Community Banking Team. This on-site role involves building and growing client relationships by delivering personalized financial advice and solutions across multiple branches to support clients’ goals.

You will drive proactive outreach, engage in meaningful conversations, and collaborate with specialists to provide comprehensive product access while delivering consistent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to recommend financial products and operate within banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
