This on-site role focuses on building and strengthening client relationships by delivering personalized financial advice, and connecting clients with Old National’s full range of products and services.

The position emphasizes proactive outreach, consultative sales, and delivering a high-quality client experience while collaborating with internal specialists to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in banking or retail sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with NMLS.
• Ability to recommend financial products and operate within banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and delivering personalized financial solutions.
• Achieve individual performance goals including account growth, lending, referrals, and digital adoption.
• Follow procedures to protect clients and the bank, including fraud prevention and risk awareness.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall performance.
• Participate in community activities and outreach to build relationships and generate new business.
