Job summary

Cortland is seeking a Community Relations Manager to lead the onsite team and act as the welcoming face of the community. You will drive occupancy and revenue while delivering a premium living experience and ensuring seamless operations with the Community Management team.

Responsibilities include inspections, vendor relations, and leveraging CRM systems to track leads and conversions. You will embody Cortland's brand, maintain high professional standards, and build lasting resident relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience & Education: 2+ years of measurable sales success in multifamily, luxury or premium services.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in leading the onsite team and ensure operations comply with company standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular community inspections including move-ins/move-outs and model homes.
• Drive occupancy and revenue by meeting leasing goals and KPIs; manage sales pipeline and follow-up.
• Provide concierge-level resident experience, resolve concerns with empathy, and maintain brand standards.
• Represent the community as an ambassador with a premium living experience and brand alignment.
