Job summary

Cortland, a leading multifamily operator, seeks a Community Relations Manager in San Antonio to combine welcoming resident relations with day-to-day operational support. You will partner with Community Management to deliver a premium living experience while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Ideal candidates will help supervise daily activities, coordinate inspections, and nurture vendor relationships to ensure smooth, compliant property operations across our San Antonio communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team under the Community Manager to ensure operations meet company standards and regulatory requirements, including safety protocols, OSHA, and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Perform regular community inspections of vacant units, make-ready apartments, and model homes, plus move-in/move-out walkthroughs.
• Monitor the property for policy violations, maintenance needs, and curb appeal; address issues promptly to maintain brand standards.
• Cultivate vendor relationships to support community operations and service delivery.
