Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking a Community Relations Intern to support giving programs and community engagement in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This paid internship is onsite with a start anticipated January 2027, at $18.75 per hour.

You will administer gifts, promote myImpact campaigns, assist with event planning and content creation, and help grow Schreiber’s footprint in the community while gaining real-world project experience.

Qualifications

  • Full-time college student with a May 2028 or later graduation date.
  • Completed courses in Business Administration or related field.
  • Ability to work year-round 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week in summer.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative with strong attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented, energetic and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and own processes/projects.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of matching gifts & volunteer rewards.
  • Enhancing marketing and promotions of myImpact.
  • Developing plant engagement strategies.
  • Coordinating Schreiber’s week of giving efforts in our communities.
  • Participating in the Schreiber Foundation grant administration.
  • Engaging with non-profit organizations.
  • Creating and publishing externally facing content.
  • Administration of corporate giving programs.
  • Participate in strategy planning and idea generation.
  • Lead projects and bring new ideas to fruition.
  • Assist with event planning activities for large- and small-scale events.
  • Bring fresh perspectives to the community engagement team.

Job Description: As a Community Relations Intern, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact by helping us Do Good Through Food. This position is onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We anticipate a start date in January 2027.

This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of pay: $18.75 / hour

What you need to succeed:
  • Status as a full-time college student, with a graduation date of May 2028 or later
  • Completed courses in Business Administration or a related field
  • Ability to work year-round, 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during summer
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Creativity with strong attention to detail
