Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Rehab Liaison to cultivate referral relationships, manage an assigned territory, and support patient assessments. Youll build strong ties with physicians, nurses, discharge planners, payers, and families to drive referrals and streamline admission processes.

The role blends clinical licensure with community engagement, focusing on professional presentations and education about hospital programs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Driver's license in the employed state with an acceptable driving record.
• Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in nurse liaison or healthcare sales preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop business census based on strategic goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships within an assigned territory, prioritizing face-to-face connections.
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians on our hospital programs and services.
• Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Responds to and overcomes admission barriers and follows-up on admissions variables.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations to various groups about our services and outcomes.
