Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Clinical Rehab Liaison to cultivate referral relationships and manage an assigned territory. You will coordinate with physicians, nurses, discharge planners, and payers to drive patient referrals and admissions, ensuring high-quality post-acute care.

The role emphasizes clinical licensure, CPR certification, and prior healthcare sales or liaison experience. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth within

Competenze

• Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification required.
• Preferably Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in nurse liaison or successful healthcare sales preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.

• Develop business census based on strategic goals within an assigned territory.
• Cultivate strong relationships with physicians, nurses, discharge planners and payers.
