Job summary

City of Atlanta, GA is seeking a Support Services Coordinator to assist the ATL311 team with a broad range of customer service duties under supervision.

You will support the Community Referrals program, directing non-emergency reports about substance abuse, mental health, and poverty to the appropriate resources, serving as a frontline contact for these calls.

This on-site role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact in Atlanta’s public safety and social services work.

Responsibilities

• The Supportive Services team partnered with Policing Alternatives and Diversion Initiative (PAD) for a Community Referrals program.
• The Community Referrals program provides residents the option of reporting non-emergency areas of concern related to substance abuse, mental health, and/or poverty with the Supportive Services team serving as the non-emergency point of contact for these calls.
