Job summary

The role includes supervising Kids Club for children 6 months to 11 years, with activities designed to be safe, fun and engaging in a friendly environment while parents use facility amenities.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience in a recreation or similar setting.
• First aid and CPR certifications required for all positions.
• Babysitters certification and licensed childcare provider credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members, guests and staff.
• Manage check-ins, memberships and class registrations.
• Open/close facility and maintain lobby and spaces.
• Assist with program setup and break down for events and classes.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with clerical tasks.
• Oversee Kids Club care for children 6 months to 11 years.
