Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily property, lead the on-site team, and ensure financial and service objectives are met.

You will manage budgets, rent collection, and vendor relationships while maintaining compliant, safe, and high-quality living environments for residents. The role requires strong leadership and tenant-focused communication.

Qualifications

• M.Ed or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Knowledge of equity and inclusion issues and laws that impact higher education and housing.
• Ability to implement problem solving strategies for residential challenges.
• Compassionate and diplomatic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the property's budget and financial statements.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection.
• Approve invoices from vendors and manage communications with contractors and owners.
• Oversee lease processing, inspections, renewals, and notices.
• Supervise on-site staff and support professional development.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance with relevant laws and policies.
