Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly income and expense budgets for the community.
• Schedule make-readies and service requests with maintenance staff and vendors.
• Review monthly financial reports and set strategy for budget, revenue, and expenses.
• Conduct market analysis and shop competitive properties; lead marketing and leasing efforts.
• Prepare payroll records and manage overtime.
• Interview, recruit, and develop associates; evaluate performance.
• Prioritize leasing and conduct tours; manage lease renewals to retain residents.
• Prepare deposit accounting and manage vendor relationships for pricing and service.
• Process resident applications and conduct move-in orientations.
• Ensure pool/spa maintenance is performed daily and oversee property improvements.
• Maintain inventory and pay vendor invoices; keep common areas clean to Weidner standards.
