Job summary

IEC Property Services Corporation is seeking an energetic Community Manager to lead a 96-unit apartment community in Danville, California. Full-time hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including maintenance staff and resident engagement. Qualified applicants should have at least two years of property management experience and strong proficiency in Yardi software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of multi-family property management experience.
• Working knowledge of property management, California, and local laws.
• Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease available apartments in compliance with laws.
• Pre-lease units and maintain a waitlist of prospective residents.
• Collect and deposit rent and deposits using Yardi software.
• Prepare vacant units for rental, including renovation oversight.
• Respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely manner.
