Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead and grow a vibrant community across our platforms. The role focuses on engaging content, events, and proactive interactions with residents, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional hospitality and service.

This full-time position requires a passion for community-building, strong communication, and organizational excellence. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with some flexibility, and compensation is $60,000 annually plus

• Experience in community management or similar role is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and details proactively.

Responsibilities

• Engage & Inspire: create content, events, and interactions to grow the community.
• Strategize & Implement: develop and execute community strategies to drive growth.
• Collaborate & Lead: work with cross-functional teams to enhance experiences and feedback.
