Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site employees.
• Ability to conduct performance reviews.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, Section 504, and safety laws.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, evaluate and supervise all on-site employees.
• Coaches and counsels on-site staff.
• Prepares and conducts performance reviews on all on-site employees.
• Handles disciplinary action and communicates status to HR and management.
• Monitors market conditions to anticipate trends affecting profitability.
• Ensures lease and resident file compliance with HUD/property policies.
• Oversees the Property Newsletter and engages with local associations.
• Attends management meetings and coordinates with corporate office.
